I dont feed my Congo, nothing but live earthworms, rollie pollies, and small crayfish. My fahaka eats, raw market shrimp, large crayfish, earthworms and night crawlers. Only the raw market shrimp is not alive and well frozen and never fresh food. I believe that you could get bad food with its fresh....

Thanks for the info on that store. Now I dont have to waste gas going down their..lol. Evansville had a all saltwater store called Aquariums Plus and they was the best saltwater shop around. Their prices was wholesale to everyone and they had everything you could think or not even think of. 800 gal....

I hear The Fish Doctor in OB is good but haven't been there personally. Fishey Business here in BG is good but a little pricey since they control the market. Near Owensboro here. Around a 45 minute drive West from Bowling Green. Btw, I been looking for a good fishshopthat carries good looking saltwater fish. I here there is a good one down there. I forget the name of it though.

I had the same problems with ick many many years ago. I finally added a uv to the system. Helped alot for clearing up the free swimming ick. And also boosting the immune system is a must. Vitamin C, HUFA's, and other immune boosters really makes a huge difference.
