I have tried soaking for a long time (40 mins) and for only a few mins, but the fish just wont eat the food if its been soaked! They eat fine if there's no medication. What can ...

Thanks, regarding how long to soak, it says at least a few minutes but longer is better, would half an hour or an hour be too long and ruin the food to the point it wont be eaten by the fish?
