And can you really trust those floating things to measure the salinity? It doesn't seem to change ever. Maybe I should use that nice little thing in my avatar instead. She loves to drink that awful BW  She puts her nice little pink tongue through the feeding hole and drinks! She does this eve...

I must have been really tired last night. I looked at that article, and didn't see the part about salinity :-)

But thanks for making me look one more time :-D I found my answer there. Now I just have to translate '' to cm :-) But that I know where to find

GSP and salinity

Does anyone have a overview of the salinity a GSP needs at different ages, or rather different sizes (I have no idea how old my GSP is)?

IP or just active?

My little GSP (still very small), suddenly started to get skinny. I've had him since October, and she was fine for a few months. Then she suddenly started to get skinny. Two changes was made for her at about the same time, but whether it's exactly then or the reason, I can't tell. Change 1: I starte...

One my puffers did it a lot right after he came here. But now I can't say I've seen him doing it for a while. I think it differs from puffer to puffer, the same way that our habits differ from person to person.

I'm not sure how big tank I will give them, if they become more than one. One salivator will get 120 liters. But if I get more than one, that will probably be way too small. I bought a pair of irrubescos. They will get a 120-liter tomorrow. The plan is to stack several 120-liters (6 of them) in my b...

And I don't think I have that much space (If I get a bigger tank and borneensis) But I'm just thinking. I love Killer so I ho...

I thought you were much younger! Thank you :-D That's the good part of not having a photo of myself as an avatar... Well, I am rather childish  Troender, the puffers will soon be in all the rooms ;P I am doing my best  Right now I have puffers only in two rooms, my living room and ...

Ooops! Did I write 34? It's bad enough being 33, without having to add another year. Ok, I will be 34 in two weeks...

Dwarf puffer to me is Carinotetraodon travancoricus ;) I've been thinking it would be cool to have just Carinotetraodon ;) It seems like you're on your way to having them all ;-) Nice little ones, those DP. Charming little things. They sold an awful lot of them in one of the local pet shops - the s...

Space is a problem!! And my local fish store knows that I love puffers and they have got DPs now! So she showed me them :P And they were in poor condition.... I want them!! ;P I'm not familiar with the short form. DP means? Local pet shops are nasty that way. They know what you want. One of mine, t...

How did you suddenly got all that space? Did the other fishes die? ;P  What space? That's a bit of the problem, you see. That's why the salivator had to remain in the shop for a few weeks. And the irrubescos will have very small space for a short while too. And where on earth shall I place the...
