Re: Food questions
You can feed live food if you wish a Quarantine process before feeding is preferred just in case they have something that could harm your puffer, theres articles in the live on feeding you should check it out. Personally I only use frozen foods.

Re: Need so advice for a newbie
In that tank I would probably go for 2 F8's. Some interesting rockwork, plants live or fake in the lower brackish range and away you go. F8's are great looking fish and I think SAP's would do better in a more conventional shaped tank, longer tanks are preferred for them.

Re: GSP vs Saba
When I wrote that profile, it was based on the specimen I had so I thought 6"+ was the most appropriate sizing to put in there. It's difficult going on pictures alone but my specimens head alone always seemed much larger than any pics posted up of GSP's. I did a fin ray count which was in line ...

Re: MBU (Midge) Looks Drunk
They can sulk, if food is not on offer my Fahaka wont move some days just stares at me, when he's hungry he wil become very active I just take that as how it is. Keep doing what you have already been doing and hopefully he'll come round. Try the tank with the light off as well, see if he becomes mor...

Re: MBU (Midge) Looks Drunk
Here's hoping, have you noticed any white stringy poo or anything unusual at all after treating with Kusuri. I would probably re-treat with Kusuri in 7 days again and another epsom salt treatment as well after the next water change.
