small, or chopped earthworms soaked in I.P. medicine may be your best bet
crickets are another good possibility
are you treating all of them at once, since they all came from the same source?

Re: Water Question
i'd be real careful there you might check with whoever is in charge of the water that you have available also, what kind of test kit do you have to measure chlorine? i tried to find a kit in order to test for chlorine after regenerating Purigen, but only found the test strips, which i don't think ar...

Re: Proper Filtration for my Fahaka
welcome to the forum, puffaman! i'm a big fan of the Fluval 5 series all of my tanks have one very easy to maintain, very reliable, very quiet bear in mind, though, that a Fluval 405 is rated for a tank capacity of "up to" 100 gallons it probably won't be sufficient for your tank, especial...

Re: dwarf puffer question
how about a tank divider in the 55 gallon?
they could have quite a bit more room, which is always a benefit.

Re: Introduced a heater to the tank and now somethings wrong
the help was there way before the comments where was GlueAccident? where were the water parameters? where was the tank age, cycling, feeding schedule? the comments didn't come until well after there were five, count 'em, five ignored requests at that point, what did this person have to see past to g...

Re: Introduced a heater to the tank and now somethings wrong
i count five friendly, helpful, well intentioned, positive responses immediately after GlueAccidents' original request for help
the first, less than one hour after the original post
look at the dates & times, people
these responses all went unacknowledged
i think we tried really hard to help

Re: Introduced a heater to the tank and now somethings wrong
Yes eieio, I got your PM and I agree with you 100%! I feel sorry for this poor puffer and hope it either dies a quick death so it won't be suffering anymore, or maybe by some miraculous change, it will survive and hopefully GlueAccident will put this poor puffer in a bigger tank and spend the money...

Re: Cricket (s) Anyone?
Well I've not given up . I think I may need a different approach because earlier today I looked down to see a live cricket happily bouncing along in the kitchen (we think it crawled out of one of the tanks) and my instinct was to step on it, so I did, killing it. I then took it and put it in my Red...
