Well ,so far from Ive read and been told this chart by Petco seems to be pretty accurate ! Other than If it says with caution I would stay away from!
They have a fresh water chart too!

Scraped Diatoms off my 75G and Added a grow light to sump in my Porcs Tank.

Yes he puffed up ! First time since I bought him ! He was puffing and un puffing so I carfully removed the crab!( I didnt wanna get pricked)

Theres 2 of them in his tank at the moment ! If he makes it thru the weekend I may move it to the sump or the 75g tank! LOL

If you wash the sand you will "kill" your live sand
