Re: Looking for suggestions for a solo puffer in 55g tank.
How is the Fahaka? -liking people? I hope you got a nice one. That is too big of a potential body to be a hider or lurker. It has been hiding a lot since I got it but that is to be expected. He let me tong feed him tonight and has been staring at me while I'm sitting at my desk since lol. I don't t...

Re: Looking for suggestions for a solo puffer in 55g tank.
I suggest going larger for the fahaka. So the Fahaka puffer came in today and the dragon got scratched :( but they still sent me the order anyways without asking. Not very impressed with the place I ordered from(first time trying them out). Definitely going to be calling and having words. Problem n...

Re: palustris and cutcutia puffers in route
How big do the Palustris Puffers get? I somewhat believe what is out there as for size info, but I'm trying to make sure I even have the species I think I do! 2 Palustris and 2 Cutcutia came from the Wetspot. The employee said the cutcutia went ape-nuts over a green algae magnet at the store. I bel...

Re: Anyone know where to find a list of puffers by size?
My Duboisi and Miurus both interact with me and swim up to the glass when I come by even though they are ambush hunters. I think it's because I usually hand feed them. If you don't want a puffer that's stationary or needs plant-eating snails, I would really recommend T. Miurus, T. Duboisi, or P. Ab...

Re: Anyone know where to find a list of puffers by size?
You happen to know what time of the year the more uncommon puffers start showing up? What are you searching for as for "nice ones" out there. I'd say a really good looking hairy puffer is a hard find that likes people and interaction. Help me out with some new species to research if you w...

Re: Anyone know where to find a list of puffers by size?
Our original Pufferpedia was the #1 best resource available at the time. It had photos & everything. Breaks my heart that we lost it. My bad I took your comment the wrong way. Guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. You happen to know what time of the year the more uncommon puffers start ...

Anyone know where to find a list of puffers by size?
I have made up my mind what im going to be doing with my empty tanks this spring. I will be looking to bring in 3 diffrent puffers with one of them being brackish. I feel like if I had a size chart/listed by size to go off of. It would really help me narrow it down to what I want. My google-fu may b...

Re: Looking for suggestions for a solo puffer in 55g tank.
I really like the size of the dragon puffer and it is definitely high on my list right now. Does anyone know of another puffer that's a little more active around that size? Freshwater preferably but I am toying with the idea of having another brackish tank.
