Dwarf Puffers would be your only option for 10gal tank.

Can you get 20gal ? many more options there.

You can slowly raise SG as soon as you get him a bigger tank. Using marine salt raising sg no more then 0,002 per week.

3 gal tank ? That is way too small of a tank for almost any fish.

GSP and F8 cant be together since GSP need SW as they age.

You cant raise SG using aquarium salt but Marine salt

I did not have a good experience with my congo. First he didn't eat anything and I tried and tried, still nothing. I had too try live food which he loved, but thanks to that idea he got sick. I had too give him away

So now he lives happy with PufferPunk

It took me 3 months of search on craigslist. to find now my 125gal.

My concerns were;

How old, how big of a damage this aquarium has and then $$
