Have you seen it poo ever? If it is white and stringy, it might have an internal parasite. You may want to treat it. I think dwarf puffers can be shy, but from what I've read they are usually curious and somewhat adventurous. Odd lumps in the stomach can be signs of parasites. I don't want to jump t...
