I've been wondering if you can use two separate medications mixed together to help treat fish better. From what I can tell using prazipro and the metro together in a fw tank is fine and can help cure fish faster.

How long have you been treating for? I've tried metro myself and don't get nearly as good results as when I use those jungle fizzy tabs that you can pick up from walmarts with a fish section. Dwarf puffers and saps have similar markings and colors and also the same salinity requirements so in those ways they are like ceylon and gsps which can be co-housed together for life. However the size difference will probably cause problems further down the line as the saps grow to over 3x the size...

Those pieces are examples of what kind of decor you should get for when you upgrade their tank to their final home. gsps seem to grow really slow in comparison to other puffers and especially against the giant puffers. +1 to Bertie about the gsp. I'd only keep 1 f8 if you were to keep one in there, you can throw in a few bumble bee gobies though (1-2)
