Re: black bellied gsp - constantly

Yeah if this has persisted for a while but the puffer seems "normal" it may just be a personality/behavioral trait maybe? Each puffer will be different. I have one which does this too. The others never have though.

Re: Emergency!Please advise.

I apologize as well. And yes posts can get left idle without being approved due to a spammer problem we have had. Your post likely got lost in the mix, regrettably.

Welcome. And sorry for your loss.

Re: BLACKPUFF

While not entirely relevant I will say that with me living 30 mins from where Walmart HQ is located. I can attest that they have stopped selling puffers (and all fish) in their stores around here. Re: such a happy puff

Wow glad yours survived. Sorry about the hand though. Sadly I lost my Ceylon last month due to the same issue. It didn't make it through the night even though I thought I rescued it in time. :(

Re: such a happy puff

Mine have taken after piranhas. lol Actually the last time I was cleaning the tank and rearranging some live rock, one swam right over and bit me in the wrist. No blood or breaks to the skin but it scared the crap out of me nonetheless. I have known cats to do things such as this as they are...

Re: Ceylon Puffer is a Tank Jumper

They are indeed. What is bad is I had a bigger tank that I was preparing to set up for him. I had hope since he perked up and ate a bit last night. The sudden loss is gonna sting for a while. :(
