need plenty of decor for saps and a long tank ....else they will pace up and down the glass around the clock ......saps seem to be quite common in uk lfs at moment and a lot of online retailers seem to have them in stock , ......be prepared down the line for trimming the beak ....

try some cockles in the shell which are readily available in the uk .....really good for grinding your puffs beak down

keep up water changes , but up them to 50% a day absolute mimimum , treat with tetra fungus guard or similar product ..........As already previously stated your tank is way too small , Your Mbu will need rehoming once it has returned to full health , they are not for the inexperienced hobbyist and m...

Even when fed regularly on snails it is inevitable that dentistry will have to be performed at some point, be it a year or 18 months .
