[welcome] Definitely a Green Spotted Puffer. Prefers high brackish to marine salinity. I got some nicer photos with my DSLR just been too busy to edit and post.

My GSP's and Ceylon Puffer are in Full Marine. The GSP's when they were 2.5 inches and the Ceylon at 1 inch.
