I need to try and find a new photo upload image app... I was using the free ‘Tiny Pic’ in the past but no longer available. Any suggestions for a free app that works well with the forum?
I have a ton of update pics I need to post, lol.

Re: What did you do with your tank today
Decided to change out a tank. Upgraded my 30 gallon to a bit bigger 46g bowfront. This is the arrowhead puffer home. Because it is so inactive in nature, I decided to do this as a planted tank with anubias. This is my first go round with live plants so I picked an easy one.

Re: What did you do with your tank today
What a difference a couple years can make in the hobby. I am currently running 6 tanks. A 300 gallon community tank in the living room with large fish which include cichlids, bichir and bala sharks. Then I set up some steel racking in the garage that has two 90 gallon tanks, two 65B tanks and one 30...

Re: One puff not enough, New Suvattii
Long overdue update. The puffer is a good 5” plus. He is a very inactive puffer that stays buried most of the time but watches intently for me to approach and then pops out to feed. With this lack of activity, I just did a tank change. Downsized from my 65B to 36”, 30 gallon tank. Will use the 65B f...

Re: Lifespan, How old is or was your oldest puffer?
Update on my puffers:
Hairy puffer going on about 6 years, 1 month with me now.
Arrowhead is at 1 year, 8 months
This is just counting time with me, not sure how old they were before coming to me from the wild.

This is what I do too. Very hard for fish to resist live wiggling worms.Pufferpunk wrote: ↑Wed Aug 14, 2019 9:05 pm I got to the point where all my would eat are live worms.

Awesome puff! @DDR2
What size tank you raising him in? Mine is pretty active and he makes good use of the 65B he is in. Way overkill, I know, but he is happy.

Re: Filtration for pufffers?
When it comes to cheap filters the Penguin 350b fill the bill. Can be had on sale for $25 and rated for 70 gallons. Granted I would use two on that 75 gallon tank. While initial cost would maybe be $50 for two of them the lifetime price of cartridges would just add up to quite a bit. For longterm sa...

Agree on the pics! lol
My hairy is totally addicted to krill, yours probably need to settle in still. Or it might just be one of those picky puffs...
