Re: GSP color fading (beyond usual)
A lot of GSP's are very temperamental and definitely have different personalities. Some can tolerate a crowded tank while others are serial killers in the making. I have owned a few specimens to attest to this.

Re: Do puffers like a strong current or still(ish) water?
My powerheads are over rated for my tank. My gsp spends at least half of his day either thowing himself against the current of the strongest powerhead head on, or swims under up and around the back of it and drops down into the current to get carried by the current then uses just his caudal like a ...

Re: Gsp refuse to eat
Hello and [welcome] Try soaking the foods in Garlic. Also you might have a food aggressive puffer bullying the other one. You might have to consider separation but either way you also need a much larger tank (55 gallons or more) for two puffers or 2x 29 gallon tanks for each one. EDIT: Just saw the ...

Re: Dwarf puffers in a Metaframe
This is fantastic. I first got into fishkeeping and grew up with Metaframes. They are getting harder and harder to find in the hobby.
Despite them being hated on for being super heavy I always loved the ones I had.
And nice DP habitat.

Hello and
That is definitely a Dwarf Puffer (AKA Pea Puffer)
Totally freshwater.
Snails are crucial to their diets to keep their beaks worn down. If the beaks overgrow the puffer will starve.
