Welcome! You should never feed cooked food to your puffer. It is not good for their digestive system. Always fresh & if frozen, it is best to defrost in cool water & a few drops of VitaChem. You can open the crab legs so he can get at the meat. Here are some other ideas for diet: https://www...

That is a Ceylon puffer, it lacks the F8 eyespots on each side at the base of the tail.

That looks about right. Even my old guy (lived to 19), only got 12" in his 125g.

I think you know that the IPs would definitely contribute to slow growth, so I'm glad you gave him a serious deworming. Mine grew from 1-5" in the past 2 years & has been living in a 120g.
