Re: Thankful in November

I am thankful for my wonderful, little dog, Kaisa. She is my little child, and means so much to me. She is 100 % the right dog for me, and I love her very much. I tell her this every day. :smitten: i feel the exact same way about mine. and im thankful my GF came back today so i have someone to bick...

Re: mbu and tankmates???

RTR i do not know enough about aquariums yet to understand why it is SO bad. although i do understand that it is quite overstocked. I am assuming that is the sole reason. With my lack of knowledge also comes a fear to put too many fish in my tank so i guess in a way i know better than to overstock. ...

Re: de-rimming a tank questions

PP i will take a pic and show you the rim of my tank. it isnt even joined at the corners. they just but up against each other. 4 pieces. no sort of structural stability. IMO even with a 65 gallon tank there is so much weight on each sheet of glass that if the seams wanted to split due to weight i am...

Re: Hi from Iowa

I kept 2 when an inch long in a tank that size and it was fine. they grow slowly. although it is a good idea to start looking for good deals on a bigger tank. when you find one set it up and let it cycle and what not, its not a CRAZY RUSH to get them into a bigger one especially at around or less th...

Re: mbu and tankmates???

It's cool that you got to meet him. Re: Hello from Ohio!

those f8's look like a reasonable size. south americans are nice. i like their big eyes. but i dont want to keep up with their teeth. i have enough trouble with my gsp's. i would say fig 8 is the easiest to keep of the 3. or SA. GSP's get the biggest, and require a shift to marine.
