Thanks for the link. But the list is really overwhelming, i did not expect to see there are so many different kind of species. Too overwhelming. Thought there would be some simpler answer to the brown and yellow porcupine puffer. And i was quite puzzled after reading a book that state porcupine fish...

diff types of porcupine puffer

Hi people, just curious is there different types of porcupine puffer? because after looking at some pics and videos. i realise there are 2 types that differ in color. 1 is the usual brown with patches, the other type is very yellow looking. what would be the water turn overate you guys recommend? i am still looking around to see which type of pump to get.

The skimmer will most likely be in sump. Oki, will look into which type of softies i plan to keep.

Yeah will definitely consider about the clowns. Is it possible if i add in some zoas or mushrooms?

Also is there any recommendation on skimmer and flowrate for the pump? the sump is gonna be about 4x1.5x1
is the Deltec APF 600 good enough?

Yeah i understand puffer may 1 day go crazy and kill the rest of the rest. Will comm them from young. I plan to add the puffer as the last fish into the tank, will it be alright?

Lets say the that porc puffer im getting is quite docile, is there any recommendation on what kind of tankmates i should get for it?

Thanks for the replies =) Oh i am actually asking if porc puffer will prefer a complicated rockscape or prefer more space to swim? as some puffers need to have many things inside the tank for them to explore. or does this applies to all puffer? how much water do you guys take out when you do your WC...

Thanks for the warm welcome =) I didnt know there is a specific amount of liverock you'll need for a marine tank. That means i actually need around 240lbs of liverock?? Is it better to have more rocks or more swimming area for the porc puffer? and how often do you guys do WC for your tank? Thank You...
