the puffer puffed
I have two little takifugu oblongus puffer dudes... one of them puffed today when we were moving them.. he didnt puff air though.. he puffed water.. he has been puffed for about 2 hours now.. we waited to see if he would "unpuff" but he hasn't.. what should we do now?

I just got my first puffer awhile ago.I wanted to put some plants in his tank. He is in a 29 gallon with some driftwood and assorted plastic plants.. I want real plants.. is this possiable or will he destroy them? he is a humpback puffer.
