a fahaka puffer needs a tank of 125 gallons ... he will outgrow the 60 gallon within a year ... puffers like sand as the substrate ... fahakas are freshwater ... lots of plants, driftwood, no sharp objects as they have skin not scales ... hope this helps :O)

It will die in that tank with those tank mates probably. Also that tank seems awfully crowder bro you might wana ease up and get rid of some of those fish.

dwarf puffers of course :O) the five new babies i got the other day are very responsive, coming to the front of the tank when i show up ... they do spend time swimming around in the plants so not visible 24/7 but definitely active ... they keep following the bigger ones around which is very cute ......

I've had females that had those symptoms after birth and soon passed away. If you don't mind, I would leave her in the tank to have her fry. Putting her in a breeder trap/net would be way too stressful for her. If her belly looks squared she may be close to giving birth. Not all female will stay nea...
