I drop them from tank to tank all the time. I catch a several and don't feed them all and drop the extras in another tank.

Re: Dwarf puffers
I agree with 3 and I would personally lean more towards 2. I love fish with plenty of room, I like them relaxed and chilled out and not feeling like they have to outcompete each other.

Exactly. I've had to cut bloodworms into pieces for feeding a few times daily.scpion wrote:When they are small, it can be quite challenging to find them food small enough to eat. When they are bigger u will have more choices.

I'm cosidering contacting an attorney to sue CraigsList for enabling my MTS. Anyone else want to join in for a class action lawsuit?

True. I'm sorry, haha...I ran my mouth about DPs/10g because of the puffs that are only available in my area. I knew there are others but I only pictured my fish stores.Pufferpunk wrote:Look at our Pufferpedia, there are several Carinotetraodon species you can keep as a singleton in a 10g.

Re: Ads on thepufferforum
Just curious what your browser address bar says. If it starts with anything but "http://www.thepufferforum.com...", that's a problem.Arny wrote:Oh really. I keep getting ad banners between posts in threads. Think my pc has been infected with some ads program.

Re: F8 10 gallon
Peas are the only puffs to keep in a 10g. Keep in mind that the pea puffers at the store are very young and they get bigger, maybe double in size.

What color is the substrate? The dark belly could be a result of dark substrate.

Are the bloodworms frozen and stored in your fridge/freezer, or freeze-dried in a plastic can.

I always love to see the eyes in eggs, way more satisfying than livebearers. Has to be more gratifying with puffs. Awesome.
Best of luck with them making it.

[welcome]I also feel you are using the wrong kind of salt. You need marine salt, not just Seachem. Not sure if that is really marine salt that has all the minerals needed for this application. Never heard of that product. http://www.seachem.com/Products/product_pages/BrackishSalt.html Seems like it...

Thanks, guys. Here are a few other pics of the same session. Shot with a cheap Polaroid camera. Something about the lighting made it take good pics at that time as it only has auto focus. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk168/almostapathetic/Brackish%20Tank/DSCI0617-1.jpg http://i280.photobucket....
