Arothron immaculatus should not be kept in anything less than a 180 IMO. Many recommend 150, though I feel that more width than is provided in a 150 for overall turning radius is beneficial. I wouldn't go with anything less than a 150, however. Good luck.

He has a large HOB filter, Protein Skimmer and live rock as well as a small clean up crew that he hasn't eaten yet *hermit crabs*
