Would there be an issue if I were to remove the FX5 once I had the sump going with the live rock, dsb and skimmer? I have a 125 gallon freshwater that is using a plethora of HOT filters tank that I would like to use it on once the 65 gallon was full marine.

How many GSP's in a 65G tank?
I'm planning on getting a new tank, first brackish/marine tank for me. I'm in love with GSP's, and would like to get a couple. I'm looking at a 65 gallon, with a Fluval FX5.
