Any chance of a reply? i was hoping to get the filter this week and ive seen it in my local pet store but dont want to buy it if it has to be fully submerged

Does your Fluval U2 have to be completely under the water? The problem I have with filters is that my water isn't ery deep so most filters dont work properly because they arent submerged fully. I really want a new one but i dont want to spend all that money on somethin i wont be able to use!!

Ive got a crappy filter at the moment but i'm hoping to buy a better one soon. Most filters will do though, but if it's a less powerful one you will have to do a bit more self cleaning.

Dont be worried. He will go through phases of eating lots then not eating at all. They are scavengers remember. Ive not really been feeding mine much recently just to try and keep his lifestyle more natural

Hey, I always love to see pics of crabs so post as many as you want!! As far as humidity is concerned, mines in a tank at the moment where it only seems to get humid at night but in the day when the lights are on the air seems to be clear....and he's doing fine. So aslong as it's atleast a bit humid...

Not sure if they are from Africa, I'm pretty sure they are from a few places actually I just can't remember where lol.

They are freshwater but tropical, I have my water at 26 and you need a filter.
