i got up this morning and he is still black. swimming around acting all happy but just black

my ammonia is 0, (i get these two mixed up nitrate is 20 and nitrite is 0. Right now i got em in fresh water gonna switch over to brackish or full salt water. I got the live rocks and the marine salt to do so just gotta figure out what to do with the puffs while i change it over. As far as him sleep...

I have read in here several times on how people have taught their puffers tricks. Well I guess I have to ask, how in the heck would you go about teaching them to do stuff and what can you teach them to do? All mine seem to do is eat poop and sleep.

About how big was he, he kinda looked huge to me.

What would cause a Green Spotted Puffer to turn mostly a blackish color? Right now I have him in a tank by himself away from the others. What can I do to help him out and to prevent this in the future?

I am finally pleased to say that I am finally the proud owner of a cycled tank....lmao ammonia 0, 0 and 20 .....I thought it would never end.

Hopefully you can see the size differance between the tiny one and the fat one

When I do water changes do I always put in the stuff that takes the chlorine out of the water or does that stuff stay in the tank even when ya do a water change. I told her no tot be buyin any more fish and puttin em in the tank. Didnt really yell at her cause she was tryin to do something good.

Well I was gonna keep 2 of em and find new homes for the other two. I have rehomed the 2 plecos, my neighbor across the street took the 2 angels. So all I have now are the 2 mollies, neon, some fish i dont know what it is. And my 2 ghost catfish. Anyone want a GSP? (2 of em have to go to new homes)

Ok my girlfriend said she went to walmart and bought the smallest one they had cause she wanted me to think I had babies. But I still dont know what to do with it. I don't need 5 of these little guys. BUt as I said he is very very small

Nitrate is between 0 and 20, Nitrite @ 0.5 to 1.0,ph 250, Alkalinity 240 to 300,Ph 8.0 to 8.4, total hardness is about 250.. Gosh I hope I am almost done doin water changes lol.
