If I recall correctly, my nerite snails and crayfish were in a tank that got a recommended prazipro dosage, all survived.
I'm not 100% sure they were in the tank, though.

Thanks for the reply. It seems like the parasite risk (especially since more than a few days of quarantine would kill the clams) is a very real detriment to long term health. Isn't the exercise and normal predatory behavior caused by eating live food a pretty weak benefit in comparison? So to refine...
