It's been several years since I used Zoe, but as I recall back then it was basically a concentrated liquid form of spirulina algae, and not nearly as complete of a vitamin/mineral supplement as Vita Chem.

Do you know the actual ingredient list, and guaranteed analysis? Without that info, it's anyone's guess as to how good, or not, it may be.
