Re: Would you risk it?

Yes, by clown i mean loach.

If F8 are brackish fish why are there so many articles on the net saying that they are fresh?

Would you risk it?

I have a community tank which i really want to put my F8's into for a while. At the moment they are in the bedroom and i just never see them!

In my community tank is a clown fish, Pakistani loaches, red tail shark, couple of tiger barbs, and 2 angles.

I know its a risk, but anything there a no no?

My F8 lives no problems with 5 BBGs!! He/She also lives with 7 shrimp and has not even taken a nip at them; which is causing a problem as they were meant as food and they just seem to steel it!!! Its a real battle to get the F8 to eat a snail as the shrimp grab it first and leg it!

No, Cant is the best word to use!

Although my F8's for the moment wont even touch the 3 ghost shrimp in there! They happily walk past my F8's!

Shame.

I was thinking of adding one to my puffer tank. I don't have an option for it to get out of the water. The bloke at the LFS said that they don't need to get out of the water.

Just an update: One more died the other day. I think he may have had internal parasites. He just stopped eating. 3 days later it was stuck on the filter. The other two are doing fine eating well and chomping on snails like there is no tomorrow! I plan to go and get another next week. I also want to ...

Well One died, but i expected it. The guy at the shop gave me 4 for the price of 3 as he didn't look too well. Even in the bag he was looking a bit off colour!

The remaining 3 are doing fine. White spot seems to be clearing up and they are little pigs!!
