Re: Ehiem 2080 Professional 3
Ive also seen the 2180 which is a bigger filter, which Id be able to house, but the 2180 has a built in heater, which is appealing as then I would only have 2 inlets and 1 outlet into the tank, everything I would need is housed in the filter system, so I am swaying to the 2180 thermo. Hmmm decisions...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good internal filter system
i have a rio 400 juwel tank with the juwel jumbo internal fliter built into it its a big filter with big sponge media in it, but the flow is slower than i would like. i use it to point to the surface and i use a fluval 3+ beside it for flow in the middle of the tank. it does provide enough flow and...

Can anyone recommend a good internal filter system
Hi Guys/Gals I'm looking at getting a corner tank built, but as its going to be flush into a corner I wont have room for pipework etc for an external filter system, So I'm looking for a Very Good Internal Filter filter. The tank size is going to be roughly 500 litres. I've been eyeing up the Juwel B...

Re: DIY tanks?
@puffdaddyuk Have you tried neptunes acylic tanks? They seem to have some of the best looking seamless acrylic tanks if you have the cash. Hi Hilly, Funnily enough, they came back to me today with a very reasonable quote of £700, which unless I can find anything better im going to go with them. Now...

Re: DIY tanks?
Just a quick Q... are you sure you want that corner 90 degrees? It will fit perfectly into the corner but it wont allow you any space for the cables. If you went over 90 degrees the sides would hug the walls and you'd have space in the back to dangle the cables. The problem with that theory is that...
