According to the pufferpedia on this site. Arnt the t-nigroviridis and the t-Sabahensis are around the same size?
so why is the Sabahensis called the giant spotted puffer? ...if it's not really that much bigger...

Question about different GSP's..size?
Hello. I have a 90 gallon tank. 4 green spotted puffer's in there. I started with one.. and he is about the same size as he was when we got him...over a year ago! Im guessing he was about an inch when we got him, now he is about an inch an a half. he has more spots than the others, and he is smaller...

Our walmart used to sell GSP's as well (i usually look every time I get drug in there) But they have had a very small inventory list lately which has NOT included the GSP fortunately.. seems every time i go in there less and less fish appear. Sounds like your doing well feeding him with a variety of options. I've never fed mine with freeze dried blood worms, just the straight frozen ones (which they love). But my question to you is how big is your puffer? Ive noticed the baby ones are MUCH harder to satisfy then the older ones.
