yeah well i have to fully cycle my tank again so it wont be for another month or 2 until i get any fish

ive had fish for about a year. had a red eye puffer for about 6 months

but ill forsure ask more questions if im not sure about things.. i just dont want to be a pest and ask a billion questions

yeah i did, im just stupid ugh it was my fault i thing there was salt crystals that haddent disovled when i mixed the water

i figured out what went wrong

apparently i put to much salt in at one time and killed the good bactiria and my ammonia spiked to 4ppm

:S i emptied out all the water in my tank and going to start it all over again properly

im going to take your advice and not do it to my lights ill just spend the money and buy a proper one.

its late and i came up with the idea that i dont need to buy a new light http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/63/img0338w.jpg sorry about the poor quality its from my iphone its 100time brighter then my old bulbs im gonna check tommorow if it gets 2 hot if it does then ill scrap my idea hopefully it doe...

Type of lighting

Hey guy i was wondering if anyone knew of lighting that was relitivly cheap, ment for salt water and fit my tank heres some picture of my old light, i would like the same style as this mount. i just really hate the "orange" look to the tank because of the lighting i would really rather buy...

hey a buddie of mine has a 10 gal already cycled and is looking for a LFS that sells dwarf puffers

we have checked most of the LFS around still nothing

Btw we live in Toronto Ontario Canada

anyone live near or around there know a place he could buy one it would be great

good news, i found a friend who really wanted a puffer has a 55 gal

all is well lol
