totally true with the krill thing, sorry i havent been on lately, i've been uber busy. but i did indeed read the article. i wonder if i should print out a copy & give it to the guys at the LFS.. hmm.. i dont wanna come off as being ignorant, but i mean -- im only trying to help benefit the fishi...

haha obviously, if he spits water at me. its pretty amusing. he also chases his reflection and opens his mouth really wide before he "attacks" it. so funny.

gotcha. ill find out if he likes the frozen uncooked stuff first. that seems the easiest right now. ill prolly get a few ghost shrimp also. how do i quarentine those? sorry to bother you guys with so many questions, im sorta new at this. i trust you guys more than any petstore haha.

i couldnt agree more! i just wanted to make sure. my gut instinct was to feed shrimp, frozen foods, and ghost shrimp - gut loaded with wafers of course! i guess everyone has different opinions of how to feed them.. but the LFS doesn't intend to keep the puffers for more then a few months, so i guess...

awesome, thanks so much guys. i disagree the LFS also, it just seemed odd when i said "did u start feeding him live foods yet" and they went "no, never do that. only freeze dried krill, or anything with krill" 8) whatever though, ill just go buy him some shrimp and neat foods lik...

thanx for replying so quick! haha. :D am i allowed to feed him (his name is Bugsy, from the movie Bedtime Stories) shrimp and stuff from a grocery store? i know the store i shop at sells frozen shrimp, and oysters. i thought they werent allowed to have people foods with alot of additives and preserv...

ok so i just recently bought a porc a few days ago :) BUT -- the people at the LFS told me NOT to ever feed him live food, or any sort of veggie. he told me to ONLY feed him freeze dried krill. :? im really super confused because everything on here says the opposite & they are a really reputable...
