Most charts have a color for zero/no reaction, puffers very easily get moody from nonlethal levels, perhaps there is just a trace and it will all be done with soon. I'm not sure about the Nitrite, it says No2 <0,3mg/l = less or equeal to 0,3mg/l . (this is the lowest on the scale, there's no Zero value there.) atm. he is in a small 110 liter (29gallon) tank, while he still is 8cm (3,14") in size. No other tankmates, him alone. He looks very thin and weak but still moves around. I change water 2-3 times a week, about 20% at time. Havent made any changes lately. The tank is about 2 months old.

Quite the same as yours, mostly on diet of prawns and mussels. On couple of last days I've also experimented different kinds of worms, no luck.

My new Fahaka happily arrived yesterday. This new comer seems to be - not too active - but swims around getting to know the tank better. This Coral Butterfly is now around 15cm, tale fin included.

Hoping to get soon some pictures for you to see.

My next question is, how much does it's behavior differ from Mbu? Dr. K. Ebert refers Mbus' of use all parts of the aquarium and lineatus only the lower and bottom parts.

Hello Pufflers! How active are your Fahakas, how much do they swim? Some source says that they are quite active but others regarding them just laying on the bottom. I have a minor algae broblem in my F8 tank and since it is brackishwater I havent been able to put any algae eaters in there. Do you know some species (non puffers?) that eats algae and could live in bracwater?
