GSP questions
Hello, I am in the process of settling my new GSP into her new home and have run into a few questions. So if anyone can lend me some help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, in advance. 1) I am guessing that Pixie is about 2.5 inches including her tail. I don't know how old she is. Giv...

Re: Puffer Not Eating
I will try that, I'll have to run to the store to get some. Does the smell entice them or something? ARGH now I can't even find him. He's not in any of the plants, he's not out of the tank, can't get up the filter...unless the snails ate him (?) or he buried himself in gravel, I don't know where he ...

I have offered a couple of blood worms e...

Re: New To Dwarf Puffers
I have this big standing hollow log attached to a rock and Java fern is attached to the rock base - that seems to be the favorite spot of my solo puffer. I have two taller, big leaf silk plants and two shorter but bushier live plants - one is a java fern but I dont remember the name of the other. I ...

Re: New To Dwarf Puffers
My filtration is just the Aqua-tech model that came with the tank. I was planning to upgrade in a few weeks when I had the spare money. The heater I use is supposed to keep the tank at 78 degrees without adjustment. However, it fails to do so and instead, the tank stays around 76-77. Another item I ...

New To Dwarf Puffers
Okay, so I'm really new to this but I will do my best to be clear and hopefully someone can help me out! I have a full cycled 10 gallon tank. I ordered 3 otto cats and 3 dwarf puffers from my LFS and the ottos came in first. So I brought them home and got them acclimated. Three days went by and they...
