I recently saw a puffer at a store and he was missing his top beak, I'm wondering if it would grow back ? Thank you all in advance.

I actually got to see one today a country critters in patchogue, I didn't take any pics of it but a google search on-ridiculously rare multilined pufferfish will come up with an article on the exact fish that they have. I used to keep just enough water to cover them and change out the water every so often,and i kept them cool aka in the fridge.

True to that he is deffinitley stressed as of the picture because he has his tail tucked to the side so stressed...I would say yes and possibly a lil nervous,new surroundings etc...But as far as his colors getting much more yellow,probably not,but will be brighter.

Most likely he is gonna stay that color.He will change shades depending on his mood though but his "relaxed color will stay the same.Still a very nice looking puffer.

My guy looks just like him.Great looking fish, and I payed a heck of alot less than the price they want.
