Havent posted here in a while, but recently saw a pic of a puffer and cant seem to work out what species it is??? Its supposedly a new F/W species from India??? But personally looks like some type of possible marine puffer to me, so looking to see if anyone here could ID him??? Thanks in advance... ...

Seriously devestated i lost Tiny... Grew her up from a mere 1" to 14" What makes it worst is as much as i love puffers and fahakas i dont think i could own another fahaka for a while, she was just a gentle giant that was always ready to greet me when i arrived home from work... Definitely ...

Well, sadly i just witnessed my baby girl pass away, watched her stuggling in the tank squeezing through tight spaces of driftwood presumeably hoping to get out whatever was stuck, but by doing this, im also guessing she may have cut herself internally on the blockage / shells? The tanks never going...

Hi all, Been a while since i've been on these boards, but im stuck and looking for some advise... I have a 5yr old fahaka who is really constipated / having trouble passing what i can only guess is clam shells from 2 days ago. Shes never had this problem before, always cracking clams open and eating...

Anything to help a fellow puffer keeper...

Hi Scpion, thats basically what the package is saying with those numbers, so hopefully that will make some sense to you, as i'm not sure if the 30g / pack is for the whole pack, or per individual packet inside (if thats how its separated?)

If im not mistaken it has 5g of the stuff you are talking about per 100g of whats in the package...

Didnt seem to see an overall weight, but wait till im in the office and i'll double check... Ad its hard to see the photo on the phone

And to add to it, it seems no one has bred this particular species of loach as far as i know... in fact, i even asked the store where i bought them from to try and ask the guys who collect the fish to send over a sample of the water where they come from ...
