And is it possible to put others fish with them? (like microrasboras galaxy or big shrimps...)

I bought a 5 Gal tank and I want to put in 2 (1male, 1female) or 3 (1 male, 2females) Dwarf Puffers. Is it possible?
I read that it's possible but I am not sure.
