Yes its frozen. But when you bay it its not frozen. you can eat it right away.

One more question. Most of you don't recommend to give a fahaka feeder fish. But how about apple snails and cray fish? isent that the same thing? i mean whit parasites and things....

Hi! I had the same problem as you! I got my fahaka 1 week ago and he did not eat :( Someone told me that i should mix the food whit garlic, and i did. it went very well and he is eating now and are very fat :P hehe. What i have reed it may take the puffer 1 week for it so get relaxed in his new home...

It sounds like he just needs to settle in a little more. Try soaking his food in garlic before offering it to him, especially the shrimp, maybe 30 minutes. Drop it in the tank, shut the lights off, and walk away for a while. He may be being shy about eating in front of you. ok.. Do i take some garl...
