MY SAP SEEMS QUITE LONELY SWIMMING UP AND DOWN BUT MAYBE FISH DONT THINK LIKE WE DO AND ISNT LONELY AT ALL

hi I have a new sap and was wondering if i could keep 2 dwarf puffers in the tank with him, i have read here that the bigger puffer might be at more risk of the dwarfs than the dwarfs at risk of the bigger one. I have had another look at these so called green spotted and am more sure than ever that these are dwarf puffers.
could anyone advise me of any other freshwater puffers available that is bigger than the dwarf but not huge.
Also any suggestions how to get hold of one, been tryin for about 6 months now.
