What biospira do I use? my brackish tank is on the higher end of brackish tanks, and it says he will need to be full marine in a year or so, so then do i get the biospira for marine tanks or for fresh water?

There is a Jade puffer at my LFS but before i get him i want to ask you guys if he is Brackish, and what is the right amount of salt for him.
