Just an update on Puffy( yeah such a common name) after a year. I transfered him about a couple of months back in a 5ft tank with torpedo barbs and sta. isabel scalares. I have an MBU puffer and mainly feed him shrimps and the 1 a month snail, although I really don't want to feed snails as it is really messy and hard to remove from a deep tank. Question, would feeding small shrimps( about less than an inch long) be enough to "trim" the puffers teeth? Or sh...

Well just a quick update. Finally I think my MBU finally is adjusted to my tank. Just moved a few wood here and there, but nothing drastic, and he now hunts in the whole tank again. Thanks guys!

Pacing is often a sign of boredom, it could be the tank is too small, it could be lack of interesting decor. Do you have a full tank shot we could see? My mbu seems to be growing nicely, the problem is he keeps "glass surfing" in just one side of the tank? Any ideas how to break this habit? Im not sure if he's scared of my every other day water change or not or he is bothered by his live shrimp/food companions.
