I will be ordering the GSP from online when the tank is ready and fully cycled.

How do I cycle my new 160-liter (42,27 gallons) aquarium for a brackish water setup with a GSP (Green Spotted Puffer)? Since GSPs are sold in brackish water, should I cycle with freshwater fish, and once the parameters are good, replace them, add salt, and then introduce the GSP? Looking for advice ...
