Thanks all!

He is a character! He loves freeze dried krill and FW snails that I breed. The krill floats on the top of the water and he will like pop the water to eat it. Pretty funny!

I got myself a blue spotted toby!

Well the other day I got a blue spotted toby for my 29g. He is the only one in the tank other than a giant hermit crab. I do plan to get a clown goby to go in there with him. Thanks, after thinking about it....I decided it wouldn't be good for a puffer. I found a 58g for a good deal so I might be getting ALOT more fish room! :o

Tank size question for valentini

I am on the market for an aquarium to set up a FOWLR tank. I came across a good deal on a 30g oceanic cube. Would this be big enough for a valentini? I know they are small, but like any puffer like to swim alot? The dimensions are approx. 21x18x22. Would this be enough swimming room for the lil guy ...

How weird, I have one otto I can't get out so I decided he is gonna stay..there are too many plants to chase him around. After reading about driftwood rotting quickly in BW I decided to pull it out and I put some nice live rock looking rocks in the woods place. It looks really good! I'll try to get ...

Thanks for your fast reply! Yeah, I wasn't planning on leaving the others in there and I guess I will pull the otto's out whenever I see em! I am sure my water doesn't contain any chloramines. I plan on borrowing my roommates hydrometer until I can find a refractometer for a good price. I forgot to ...

my figure 8 puffer plans....

So I think I have decided to get a F8 puffer. I currently have a 29 gallon planted tank that is heavily planted with a 65w CF light, Rena XP1 filter, and I dose ferts. Here is a pic of the tank before it started growing well: http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/125/june52006dy4.jpg I am aware some of...
