TY!! Unfortunatly he just passed yesterday he had just gotten super sick and I had stared with some meds but didn't work

HI! Im pretty new to this site but does anyone know why my puffers stomach is super sunken in? He eats like a pig and is very active its just his stomach can anyone help?
