I lost puff 2 day after my post not sure what happened, what should I do to clean the tank so I can start over. And what do you all think about dwarf puffer ?

Puff need some help

Help I have a GSP about 2yr old water par are 3-21-06 Ph8. Ammonia0.25 Nitrite 0 Nitrate 1 S.G. 1.014 temp 80 Over the last 2 weeks he has developed some gray spots on his stomach and to day he look sick it almost look like ich and with the gray spots he was eating all right his swimming is not norm...
