My puffer's current diet doesn't have anything crunchy apart from the frozen foods being frozen (which I'll stop doing).
I want to introduce shellfish, but all I can find is cooked stuff (I'll make sure there aren't any added ingredients)- Will that be okay for the puffer?

Too much current for young fahaka?
My fahaka is about 4" long and I'm preparing to move him to a 150 gallon tank... However, I have a canister filter on it and the current is very strong even with the spray bar, enough that most fish need to swim to stay in place. Are fahakas okay with strong current? If not, I will use a sponge...
