If there are no corals, you should have no problems.

Yeah...I learned the hard way about CC starfish and corals...Very expensive mistake!!! It ate almost all of them in a weeks time. Weird thing was, it left them alone for about a month and then suddenly started eating corals, I think it ate everything else in the tank and was hungry.

Depends on the fish. I have had a tang who was very timid and never bothered any tankmates but I have also seen them beat up other fish. Same with the GSP's, depends on the fish. If they are all peaceful and somewhat timid, it would be fine. BUT they may be fine now and not so much as they get older...

What about this....

135G Acrylic, 6 feet long, 2 feet wide and foot 1/2 tall

Thought that it might be too short but the other dimensions are great! Its a beautiful custom tank that I can buy used for quite cheap!

OK, even though its only 18 inches deep?

If I could find a 5 foot tank that was more like 20 or 22 inches deep, would that be better? Or would you still recommend a 6 foot tank either way?

The thing Im worried about is that the tank Im thinking of using is 2 feet wide but only 4 feet long. I think the exact dimensions are 48x24x31. So its wide and tall. The other 150G tanks I was looking into were all too narrow but had the nice length to them. Im now not sure about which is more impo...

250G...Nice. Hes not too big, so it may just be the ammonia I think. Do you know what he was eating where you got him from?

How big is he? He may be very, very stressed being in a small tank and with that ammonia.

Tank is 2 feet wide. I plan on keeping most LR on one side and very back of tank to give him at least half the tank with nothing to obstruct his swimming.
