Size correct?
The inhabitants: 1 Figure 8 puffer and 3 bumblebee gobies The tank: 15 gallons, albeit with lots of "interesting stuff" for Cofi (puffer) to explore Is this too small, honestly? I am considering upgrading but it'd be quite a cost....but if it would be essential for the puffer I'd do it. Ho...

Not to mention they are spoiled food wise - all live enriched brine shrimp and black/bloodworms....that probably makes em happy. Have been trying to get them onto frozen but no success yet. I have a 29 g that I have been keeping, contemplating upgrading the whole tank in six months or so...however t...

Crazy Bumblebees!!!
I was always under the impression that bumblebee gobies were shy and secretive....but mine are always exploring and swimming all over the place, even during daylight! They're so active, even more than the puffer.....the water stats are all fine (cycled tank) - have I just been misinformed or are the...

Picky Puffer
So my new Fig 8 is GOBBLING up freeze-dried bloodworms and freeze-dried baby shrimp....but I'd like to get him more on a "staple " diet.....I'm not sure but I thought I had heard that freeze dried food is more of a "junk" food than frozen or live. He spits out frozen/thawed blood...

Thanks for the reassurance...I have kept, and still keep, dwarfs but this is my first semi-large puffer, as well as my first brackish tank. Today he took shrimp from my hand  and has stopped pacing.... My substrate is an african cichlid mix comprised mostly of yep, you guess it - shells!! So he...

Pacing or Just Settling In?
Finally have my new F8, after weeks of fishless cycling! He settled in quite nicely and ate straight away....however he is doing the obsessive pacing thing....he's only been in the tank a few hours but I was concerned if he was already bored with the tank! Its a 15 gallon (a tad on the small side I ...
