Before I left my gsp had 2 black dots by his eyes and then by the time I got home his spots were like faded and he was just very still getting blown around by the filter... What's wrong with him someone plz help ??!

Hi my name is joanalyn and I'm new to this site. I just recently got a green spotted puffer fish. And recently looks like he gotore spots by his eyes and it's black ? But his tummy is white .... What does that mean? And if anyone could help me out with what they like to eat
