Ok but how much do you use, does it tell you how much to use or do you just squeeze however much you want on?

From what I've gathered they are both for difficult fish to feed. Is it just a case of one has garlic added and the other hasn't? I would be interested to know if anyone could tell me the ingredients of either one. Cheers.
